Before you set off on your tuk tuk tour in Lisbon or Madrid, we’ve gathered the most common questions from our travellers.
From booking details to our 100% electric tuk tuks, you’ll find all the answers in one place — so that on the day of your tour you have just one mission: enjoy every moment.
Bookings & Prices – Everything you need to know before booking
Are prices per tuk tuk or per person?
Prices are per tuk tuk . If you’re looking for rates for corporate events or larger groups, get in touch — we’ll be happy to prepare a customised proposal.
What is the maximum capacity per tuk tuk?
Each tuk tuk comfortably seats up to 6 people in Lisbon, and up to 4 in Madrid. For bigger groups, we can arrange a whole fleet just for you.
How can I book, and how far in advance?
You can book directly on our website, by phone, or via WhatsApp. To secure your preferred time and vehicle, we recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit/debit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers — choose the method most convenient for you.
Can I change my booking after it’s confirmed?
Yes! Just let us know at least 24 hours before the start of your tour, and we’ll make the change, subject to availability.
Tour Operation – How the experience works
Where is the meeting point, and is a personalised pick-up possible?
The meeting point will be confirmed at the time of booking. We can also arrange a personalised pick-up — simply request it when booking (an additional cost may apply).
In which languages are tours available?
Our drivers speak Portuguese, Spanish, and English. Need another language? Let us know, and we’ll do our best to arrange it.
Are the tours private or shared?
All our tours are private, ensuring an exclusive experience at your own pace.
What is the duration and itinerary of each tour?
Depending on the tour chosen, duration ranges from 1 to 4 hours. You can check the itinerary on each tour page and adapt it to your interests.
What happens if I arrive late?
We’ll wait up to 15 minutes. Delays beyond that may result in a shorter tour to keep the day’s schedule on track.
Policies & Safety – Travel with peace of mind
What is the cancellation and refund policy?
Just let us know by email or phone at least 24 hours before your scheduled time, and we’ll refund you in full. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or no-shows, are non-refundable.
Do tours run in bad weather?
Yes! Our tuk tuks are equipped with protection against rain and wind. Only in extreme weather conditions will we reschedule or refund.
Can children and babies join?
Absolutely! Please note that they count towards the vehicle capacity. For babies, you must bring your own child seat.
Is food or drink allowed on board?
Yes, you can bring drinks and snacks, as long as they’re not in glass containers or alcoholic beverages.
Are tours covered by insurance?
Yes, all passengers are covered by insurance, and we operate as a licensed company (RNAAT XXXXX).
Are your tuk tuks eco-friendly?
Yes! They are 100% electric, silent, and emission-free. As well as being environmentally friendly, they offer a comfortable and sustainable way to explore the city.

Can I customize the itinerary?
Yes! We create tailor-made tours with specific stops for photos, tourist spots, or hidden gems.
Does the driver take photos during the tour?
Yes, your driver can help capture the moment. For something more professional, we can arrange a photographer on request.
Can I bring luggage on board?
Yes, as long as it’s small and doesn’t affect passenger comfort.
